SciFi Floor

My latest hard surface asset a Sci Fi Floor, this was created in Maya, Photoshop and Xnormal.
I did this asset to sharpen my texturing skills and to get a good result.

Specs-
Tri Count : 708 Tris
Textures: 1k Diffuse, 1K Normal, 1K specular and 256*256 Emissive map.

Abandoned Building

An abandoned building made in Maya and Photoshop. I was testing my self for low poly only assets, all the normal maps were generated by Xnormal filters in Photoshop.
Grass and ground are on a separate texture.
